Cancellation
Generally, you can cancel your booking free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments
Upon booking confirmation a prepayment in the amount of 30% of the rental price is due. The payment can be made either by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival. Should payments not be made despite being reminded once, we retain the right to rent out the suite to other guests. In case of cancellation within the cancellation period, the paid amount will be reimbursed using the respective payment method.
Arrival & Departure
You may arrive flexibly from 4 pm as access to the suites is facilitated contact-less through our key code system. You will receive the code on the day of arrival by email and text message or through the Nuki app.
Departure needs to be ensured by 10 am. We kindly ask you to place used dishes into the dishwasher and start it before your departure.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke both in the suites and the staircase. When smoking on terraces and balconies we kindly ask you to pay respect to non-smoking neighbors.
Damages
We don’t ask for a deposit and trust that you treat our suites and the interior with care. Our tablets, bluetooth speakers, books, etc. are here for your entertainment, but also for the guests following you. In case damages we ask you to notify us to ensure we can fix them as soon as possible. For bigger damages we unfortunately need to charge you. Almost everything in our suites is available for purchase and we are more than happy to share with you respective sources.
Trash
Trash bags can be found in the respective kitchens. Trash is to be separated by plastics and aluminium, paper, glass and residual waste. You’ll find the waste collection plan in the kitchen. On the respective collection days the trash bags are to be placed on the roadside next to the main entrance door early in the mornings. Upon departure please leave any uncollected trash in the suites.
